Ari is a service of Zion Delilah Super Intelligence, a business run by Zion Uwich and Deliahla Uwich ("we," "us"). Ari is built on a business software platform that hosts the site, stores information, and runs chat. Payments go through Stripe. This policy works with our Owner Terms.
The short version
- Stripe handles your $300 monthly billing. We never see your full card number.
- We don't sell your personal information.
- You see only your own clients. Their information is covered by our client Privacy Policy.
- You can ask to see, fix, or delete your information.
What we collect
- Your sign-up request: everything you put on our sign-up form, like your name, email, and business details.
- Account details: your login email and account settings.
- Your page details: business name, photos, bio, website, social and booking links, and other content you give us.
- Billing details: Stripe collects your card and billing address. We may see your plan, payment dates, amounts, and your card's last 4 digits, never the full number.
- Support messages you send us.
- Records of your choices: which Terms and Privacy Policy version you agreed to and when.
- Collected automatically: device, browser, IP address, pages visited, the link you came from, and login times.
How we use it
To review your sign-up request; to run your owner account and client page; to bill you; to give support and send account messages; to keep consent records; to improve Ari; to keep things safe and stop fraud; and to follow the law. People, not software, decide on sign-up requests.
About Ari and superintelligence
Ari is a superintelligence assistant, not a person.
- Superintelligence providers process messages and page content to create Ari's replies.
- Ari can make mistakes. You're responsible for reviewing what Ari tells your clients.
- Ari's replies are for reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.
Your clients' information
Your clients are covered by our Client Terms and Privacy Policy at clients.zdsihq.com. Ari links each client email to one psychic. You see only your own clients, not other psychics' clients or chats, and they can't see yours.
Keep your clients' information private and use it only to serve those clients. Don't sell it or share it, except as the law requires.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run Ari, or when the law requires:
- Our software platform provider, which hosts Ari.
- Stripe, our payment provider, to bill you and prevent fraud.
- Superintelligence model providers, to create Ari's replies.
- Other service providers, such as payment, hosting, messaging and super intelligence service providers.
- Your clients, who see what you show on your page.
- Legal and safety reasons, like a court order.
- A new owner, if Ari is sold or merged. They must respect this policy or tell you about changes.
Payments
Stripe processes your payments under its own privacy policy. We keep records of your plan and payments. No sales tax is charged.
Cookies
We, our platform provider, and Stripe use cookies to keep you logged in and safe, process payments, record how you found us, and understand site use.
You can block cookies, but logging in or paying may not work. Ari does not sell or share personal information for advertising.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed or the law requires:
- Account and page details: deleted within 30 days after your account closes.
- Billing records: kept for 5 years.
- Sign-up, consent, and Terms records: kept for 4 years.
- Site and cookie data: kept for up to 12 months.
Backups are cleared within 90 days.
Keeping it safe
We use our platform's access controls, and Stripe holds your card details. Keep your password private and tell us right away if someone gets into your account. No service is perfectly secure. If a breach affects you, we'll tell you as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or opt out of marketing. Email [email protected]. We'll confirm it's you and reply within 30 days. Using your rights won't change how we treat you. We may need to keep some records, like billing records.
US states. State laws (like California's CCPA/CPRA) may also give you rights to know what we collect and why, get a portable copy, opt out of "sale," "sharing," or targeted ads, and limit use of sensitive information (we use it only to provide the service). We collect identifiers, business details, billing records, site activity, and consent records. You may use an authorized agent. To appeal a denial, email us with "Appeal" in the subject.
Outside the US. Your information is stored in the United States and wherever our platform provider, Stripe, and their providers operate. In the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, the GDPR may give you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, move your data, withdraw consent, and complain to a data protection authority. Our legal bases are contract, consent, legitimate interests, and legal duties.
Ari is available worldwide. If you are in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, or another country with privacy laws, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your information, or to ask us to stop using it. We use your information to run your account, bill you, follow the law, and, where you agree, for other purposes you choose. Your information is stored in the United States, and we move it across borders only as the law allows. To use these rights, email us at the address in "Your rights."
Adults only
Ari is for adults 18 and older. If someone under 18 signed up, tell us and we'll delete their information.
Changes
We'll update the "Last updated" date when this changes, and email you about important changes.
